I'm a writer, editor, audio journalist and researcher currently based in Boston, MA. Previously, I was the Features Editor at The Phnom Penh Post, where I managed the paper’s long-form and culture coverage, and edited its national news content. As a reporter in Cambodia, I wrote about the environment, human rights, politics, culture and food.

I also monitored right-wing misinformation and extremism for Media Matters for America before and after 2020 national election, including the events at the Capital on January 6.

In 2015, I graduated from the University of California - Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, where I specialized in long-form print and radio reporting. My reporting has taken me to Beirut, South Sudan and Cambodia, as well as throughout much of the United States.
